Time Is Running Out to Register for the Job Fair

If you’re looking to fill vacant positions in your library, consider participating in the Job Fair during the upcoming ALA Annual Conference in San Diego. The Open House/Job Fair ─ scheduled for Sunday, June 30, 2024, 10:30 am – 12:00 pm ─ is the perfect place to have great conversations about open (or soon to be available) positions. 

Although time is quickly running out, employers may still submit the online participation form. There is no cost to participate, but advanced registration is required for employers. Tables are assigned on a first-come basis. Completed forms are due by Friday, May 31, 2024.

The ALA JobLIST Placement & Career Development Center is also accepting forms for employers who want a recruitment booth in the Center. Interested employers should complete the Booth Reservation form and email it to the Center’s manager, Beatrice Calvin. 

With so much to see and do at the ALA Annual Conference, now is the perfect time to decide to join us in San Diego. You could make connections that will last a lifetime!
