Pat from a library in Newark, DE,

is a Star because Pat manages the Newark Free Library and also serves on the Leadership Team to manage New Castle County libraries. In this capacity, she has led "NCC Reads…" since 2005 building awareness and support for our county libraries. In 2010, "NCC Reads…Bel Canto with Ann Patchett" was our most successful program with the author visiting Delaware for two speaking engagements.
