Free LSSC Portfolio Preparation Webinar on March 28
The American Library Association-Allied Professional Association’s Library Support Staff Certification (LSSC) Program will offer a free webinar on how to prepare a portfolio to meet LSSC requirements. On Thursday, March 28, at noon (Central), LSSC will offer an hour-long webinar explaining what the LSSC Program requires in a portfolio. The presentation will also give you the chance to see examples of successful submissions and learn how your portfolio will be evaluated. This webinar is open to all interested candidates. Library Support Staff Certification (LSSC) Program is a national certification program sponsored by the American Library Association that allows library support staff to demonstrate their competencies and become a Certified Library Support Staff (CLSS).
The American Library Association-Allied Professional Association is a nonprofit organization chartered in the State of Illinois for the purpose of promoting “the mutual professional interests of librarians and other library workers.” The ALA-APA is a companion organization to the American Library Association.
