A portfolio is a way for an LSSC candidate to demonstrate that he or she have achieved each individual competency in a competency set through work experience or new learning such as an unapproved course or self-directed study. As an approved evaluator with experience in specific competency sets within the LSSC Program, it is your job to review the portfolios submitted and decide if the candidate’s documents and artifacts have met the required competencies for the appropriate competency set. Our Portfolio Evaluator Training PowerPoint Presentation will explain the evaluator process in detail as well as what is expected from evaluators. And for a better sense of what the candidates do in order to complete and submit a portfolio, we have a downloadable version of one of the free webinars we offer current and potential program candidates.
If you are interested in being an evaluator for the LSSC Program, please contact Nancy Bolt for instructions and training times.
