Why CPLA?

As the operation of our library becomes more complex and challenging, I feel my skills need to continue to develop so I can help to find solutions to issues such as financing and staff development. My CPLA classes have provided that growth and more and I now feel not only better qualified to go after grants and effectively budget for our programs and services, but also to hire and develop staff to do the same. In short, my CPLA classes are helping me be better at what I do, at a time when we all need to be at our best.
