Why CPLA?
One of the best aspects is networking with people who are serious about librarianship all over the country. After the Budget class I was able to present a convincing argument to the Board of County Commissioners for hiring an additional staff member who has been a God send. The grant application that I worked on during the Fundraising class was received. Would these two things have happened without the classes – maybe, but it was nice to be truly prepared.
