Courses Offered
The courses listed below are the only courses approved by the CPLA program to allow candidates to learn and practice the competencies required to complete the program. The courses are listed by competency and sponsor name. For more information about each competency, please click the (?) next to the bolded competency name. Additional information for each course is linked to the course-sponsor name.
Candidates complete seven courses: one course from each of the four core areas and three of the elective areas. However, anyone may sign up for a course. If you are thinking of becoming a candidate, be sure to tell the instructor so that you can complete the same assignments as candidates. You have 12 months from completing a course to submit it to be used towards the requirements for CPLA.
